Heritage-Crystal Clean, Inc. (NasdaqGS: HCCI) Loss Submission Form

Kuznicki Law is investigating the proposed sale of Heritage-Crystal Clean, Inc. (NasdaqGS: HCCI) to an investment affiliate of J.F. Lehman & Company.  Under the terms of the proposed transaction, shareholders of Heritage-Crystal will receive $45.50 in cash for each share of Heritage-Crystal that they own. Kuznicki Law is seeking to determine whether this consideration and the process that led to it are adequate, or whether the consideration undervalues the Company.
