IsoPlexis Corporation (NasdaqGS: ISO) Loss Submission Form

Kuznicki Law is investigating the proposed sale of IsoPlexis Corporation (NasdaqGS: ISO) to Berkeley Lights, Inc. (NasdaqGS: BLI).  Under the terms of the proposed transaction, shareholders of IsoPlexis will receive 0.612 shares of Berkeley Lights for each share of IsoPlexis that they own.
