Hersha Hospitality Trust (NYSE: HT) Loss Submission Form

Kuznicki Law is investigating the proposed sale of Hersha Hospitality Trust (NYSE: HT) to KSL Capital Partners, LLC.  Under the terms of the proposed transaction, shareholders of Hersha will receive $10.00 in cash for each share of Hersha that they own.
