Arcadia Biosciences, Inc. (NasdaqCM: RKDA) Loss Submission Form

Kuznicki Law is investigating the proposed merger of Arcadia Biosciences, Inc. (NasdaqCM: RKDA) and Roosevelt Resources LP.  Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, upon completion of the Merger, Arcadia stockholders are expected to own approximately 10% of the combined company. Kuznicki Law is seeking to determine whether the merger and the process that led to it are adequate, or whether the merger is fair to Arcadia shareholders.
