Chicago Atlantic Real Estate Finance, Inc. (NasdaqGM: REFI) Loss Submission Form

Kuznicki Law is investigating the proposed merger of Chicago Atlantic Real Estate Finance, Inc. (NasdaqGM: REFI) and Chicago Atlantic BDC, Inc. (NasdaqGM: LIEN). Upon completion of the proposed transaction, REFI shareholders would own approximately 50.5% of the combined company.
