180 Degree Capital Corp. (NasdaqGM: TURN) Loss Submission Form

Kuznicki Law is investigating the proposed merger of 180 Degree Capital Corp. (NasdaqGM: TURN) and Mount Logan Capital Inc. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, at the closing of the transaction, 180 Degree shareholders are expected to own approximately 40% of the combined company.
