Better Choice Company Inc. (NYSE: BTTR) Loss Submission Form

Kuznicki Law is investigating the proposed merger of Better Choice Company Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: BTTR) and SRx Health Solutions Inc.  Upon completion of the proposed transaction, Better Choice shareholders will own approximately 15% of the combined company.  Kuznicki Law is seeking to determine whether the merger and the process that led to it are adequate, or whether the merger is fair to the Company’s shareholders.
