SunLink Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: SSY) Loss Submission Form

Kuznicki Law investigating the proposed merger of SunLink Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: SSY) and Regional Health Properties, Inc. (NYSE: RHE).  Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, at the closing of the transaction, SunLink shareholders will own approximately 43.0% of the combined company.
